Job summary

KeyLogic Systems is seeking a senior policy and governance analyst to help shape U.S. cybersecurity policy guidance for DoD and federal programs. You will analyze policies, advise on governance frameworks, and produce executive briefings for senior leadership.

The role requires 13+ years in strategic planning and policy, strong communication, and experience drafting federal policy materials. This position is contingent on contract award and customer approval, with a salary around six figures.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance or higher.
• 13+ years of experience in strategic planning, governance, or policy.
• Experience drafting Federal/DoD cybersecurity policy or governance materials.
• Experience with security policy development and analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple organizations.
• Analyze emerging federal, DoD, and intelligence-community guidance related to artificial intelligence, automation, and cybersecurity policy.

Required Education

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance or higher.
• 13+ years of experience supporting strategic planning, governance, or policy functions.
• Experience researching, interpreting, and drafting Federal/DoD cybersecurity policy, governance, or statutory-compliance products.
• Experience with security policy development and analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Air or Space Force organizations.
• Familiarity with CNSS policies.
• Cybersecurity governance experience.

Salary estimate: $135,000
