Job summary

KeyLogic Systems is seeking a senior policy and governance analyst to help shape U.S. cybersecurity policy guidance for DoD and federal programs. You will analyze policies, advise on governance frameworks, and produce executive briefings for senior leadership.

The role requires 13+ years in strategic planning and policy, strong communication, and experience drafting federal policy materials. This position is contingent on contract award and customer approval, with a salary around six figures.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance or higher.
• 13+ years of experience in strategic planning, governance, or policy.
• Experience drafting Federal/DoD cybersecurity policy or governance materials.
• Experience with security policy development and analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cybersecurity policies, directives, and standards.
• Assess compliance with CNSS, DoD, and federal guidance.
• Support development and refinement of governance processes.
• Conduct policy research and impact assessments.
• Prepare decision-support products and executive briefings.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across organizations.
• Analyze guidance related to AI, automation, and cybersecurity policy.
