Job summary

Elo Touch Solutions is seeking a dedicated Project Manager, Security to drive the execution of Project Aegis, a 16-initiative enterprise security program spanning five engineering teams. You will own the program plan, reporting cadence, and governance, coordinating across Enterprise Security, Product Security, IT, and Tools & Platform teams.

Minimum qualifications include a BS in a technical field and 5+ years in project/program management in tech, with security experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; 5+ years in project or program management in tech, with at least 1 year in security.
Experience running multi-team programs against external deadlines (regulatory, audit, or customer commitments).
Proficiency with Jira and standard PM tooling; strong written communications for exec reporting.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program management of Elo's security initiatives and keep security posture current.
Maintain master program plan with scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical path across teams.
Lead two-week status cadence into enterprise security dashboard with timely updates.
Drive initiatives to named Elo contacts, deliverables, and agreed dates; interface with owners across teams.
Coordinate discovery efforts and surface gaps between enterprise scope and Elo platforms.
