Caesars Entertainment in Baltimore is seeking a Security Officer to patrol the parking garage and outdoor areas across an eight-hour shift. Candidates must be vigilant, safety-conscious, and able to work independently, spending time both in a vehicle and on foot.

The role requires de-escalation skills, strong communication, and the ability to represent the property while upholding casino regulations. On-site position with emphasis on guest safety and excellent service, including handling

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions, when handling customer and employee conflicts.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to interact in a professional manner with the general public.

Responsabilidades

• Patrols the Parking garage and outdoor areas for an eight-hour shift.
• Guards transfer of money and chips from Change Booth to Main Cage.
• Enforces company security and safety regulations.
• Represents company and its property to ensure all Casino regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Provides superior customer service and greets guests warmly.
• Responds to incidents calmly and resolves service breakdowns effectively.
