Kraft Group LLC is seeking a Security Patrol Officer in Foxborough, MA to protect the center by patrolling exteriors and ensuring safety. The role includes responding to incidents, enforcing center policies, and coordinating with the Shift Supervisor to address security and safety concerns.

Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to stand/walk for long periods. Flexible scheduling for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• On foot patrol of property is required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule: nights, weekends and holidays may be required.
• Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner.

Responsabilités

• Provide security presence on property and assist tenants.
• Inform the Shift Supervisor of any security and safety issues.
• Respond to incidents such as potential thefts, medical emergencies, fights, and property damage.
• Complete shift logs.
• Complete all incident reports if there are any occurrences to report.
• Assist in all emergency situations.
• Enforce the centers policies, i.e. smoking, pets on property, unattended packages.
• Complete routine tours of the center.
• Assist the shift supervisor as needed, standing in when necessary.
