You will perform logs, vehicle inspections, and incident reports, support emergency operations, and handle shifts across weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays. A reliable, observant communicator with a clean driving record is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience in Security or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent driving record.
• Strong observation skills.
• Concise writing skills.
• Punctual and dependable for all shifts (weekdays, weeknights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and exterior perimeters ensuring they are secure.
• Patrol campus and provide security presence by engaging tenants and visitors, responding to calls or incidents and communicating with the supervisor on a timely basis.
• Complete shift log, vehicle inspection and incident reports as required and submit to supervisor at shift end.
• Ensure all fire lanes are clear and assist emergency apparatus as required.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
