Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking an unarmed Security Officer for a patrol driving role in Nashua, NH. This full-time position offers a pay rate of $19.48 per hour and a schedule that includes evening shifts throughout the week.

Responsibilities include customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors, conducting patrols, monitoring access points, and reporting incidents.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Subject to a background investigation as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Communicate observations and concerns promptly to site leadership, Allied Universal supervision, and appropriate personnel.

• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
