The schedule includes night shifts with a 24/7 coverage pattern and a pay rate of $20.50 per hour. Responsibilities include customer service, routine patrols, access verification, incident response, and thorough reporting.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A background check and drug screen may be required by law and company policy.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff information in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
