Qualifications

• A valid driver's license as required by Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation, drug screen, per federal/state/local laws.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors following site procedures.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of healthcare locations including interior/exterior areas and perimeters.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and medical emergencies per site procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document incidents.
• Communicate security concerns with site personnel and leadership.
