Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and in line with healthcare location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to maintain order.
• Document incidents and communicate findings to leadership and site contacts.
