Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include a valid driver's license, comfortable using a computer or tablet, customer service experience preferred, access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly following healthcare location protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document and communicate incidents and observations to appropriate personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
