Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct and deliver dedicated security services per site instructions and post orders
• Write detailed, accurate shift reports using company tech or apps
• Arrive on time for shifts, clock in/out, follow dress code
• Interact with clients and on-site personnel to build a service-focused relationship
• Report any client or property concerns promptly to the supervisor
• Care for assigned signal equipment (radios, access keys, vehicles, devices)
• Deescalate issues professionally and promptly
• Manage daily activities to meet supervisor benchmarks and service quality
• Communicate client needs and post order changes to ensure operational excellence
