Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a security professional to protect residents and staff at the community in Lisle, IL. The role involves monitoring entry points, rounds, and life safety systems to maintain a secure environment.

No experience is required, though security experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, able to de-escalate incidents, and respond to emergencies with calm professionalism.

Qualifications

• No experience required, although previous experience in security in some capacity is preferred.
• You pride yourself on providing and protecting a safe environment for those around you.
• You have a keen eye for noticing unusual activity and things/people that are out of place.
• You excel at confronting and de-escalating or resolving situations that warrant a safety concern.

Responsibilities

• Secure all areas of the facility, checking for open doors or unusual activity.
• Monitor emergency and safety equipment including security cameras, phones, and life safety systems.
• Complete regularly scheduled rounds in and around the building.
• Communicate about and respond to all unusual activity or emergency situations.
