Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking a Guard II to patrol the compound, monitor surveillance, control access, and enforce security policies at Fort Benning. The role requires rigorous background checks and the ability to work a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule.

Responsibilities include monitoring alarm systems, verifying visitor credentials, and responding to security incidents while maintaining professionalism and alertness in a dynamic, physical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have a valid REAL ID State Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a NACI Tier 1 Public Trust.
• Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, such as a birth certificate or a U.S. Passport.
• Must be able to maintain driving privileges aboard the Fort Benning Installation.
• Preferred experience – four (4) years knowledge of the Department of Army physical security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide security for the department
• Control access to the facilities
• Monitor alarm system, patrol facilities
• Interpret and apply ammunition pertinent details
• Verify identification of visitors and employees, monitoring entry points, and denying access to unauthorized individuals.
• Perform all other duties as assigned
