Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Previous experience in Security or related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent driving record is preferred.
• Strong observation and situational awareness are required.
• Concise writing skills for incident reports are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and exterior perimeters to ensure security.
• Maintain a visible security presence and assist tenants and visitors as needed.
• Respond to calls or incidents and communicate with supervisor promptly.
• Complete shift logs, vehicle inspections, and incident reports at shift end.
• Keep fire lanes clear and assist emergency services as required.
