Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a casual Response Security Officer to adapt to varying daily missions, including customer service, patrols, and surveillance. You will work in New Milford, CT, with a schedule that shifts from late-night to weekend coverage and have opportunities for career growth.

As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

  • Wednesday- Thursday 11PM-7AM (16 HRS) Shift Lead
  • Friday- Sunday 11PM-7AM(24 Hours) Non- Shift lead

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
