GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer in New Milford, CT. The role requires adaptability to different missions daily, including customer service, patrols, and surveillance.

You will respond to incidents, write detailed reports, and collaborate with authorities while ensuring safety and security at the site. Shifts include 11PM-7AM windows with 16–24 hour coverage, starting at $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications For Response Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.


• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED


• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process


• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations


• Responsive and strong problem solving skills

• You have a state license if required
