Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Class D Security license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
• Experience working with the homeless population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Security Officer duties: monitor premises, patrols, incidents reporting, and collaboration with law enforcement.
• Outreach Support Worker duties: assist participants with services and community resources; engage with partners.
• Driver duties: operate vehicles safely, transport participants or materials, and perform vehicle checks.
