The role offers an annual base salary of $60,000 paid weekly, plus an attractive benefits package including a bonus program, vehicle allowance, 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision, and tuition assistance. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of supervision in the security industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to qualify and be issued a security officer license in all areas under command.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Train and motivate supervisory staff to oversee day-to-day operations of site security personnel.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires including interviewing, selection, training, licensure, and paperwork.
• Train supervisors on software systems, procedures, and company policies; enforce policy consistency.
• Coordinate payroll, billing, staffing, scheduling, and personnel issues.
• Carry out site assist visits and QA audits.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager to set goals and communicate with staff.
• Work with sales and marketing to identify and develop new business opportunities.
