Sunstates Security in Greensboro, NC is hiring an Operations Manager to lead multiple accounts and oversee day-to-day security operations. You will mentor supervisors, drive service quality, and build lasting customer relationships while ensuring compliance and safety.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in security supervision, with strong leadership, organization, and communication skills; MS Office proficiency and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 3+ years of related experience and supervision in the security industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to qualify and be issued a security officer license in all areas under command.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Training, developing, and motivating supervisory staff to oversee day-to-day operations of the site security personnel.
• Overseeing onboarding process including interviewing, hiring, training, licensure, and new hire paperwork.
• Training subordinate supervisors on software systems, guidelines, and company policies; enforcing policy.
• Coordinating payroll and billing, accounts receivable aging, staffing, scheduling, and personnel issues.
• Carrying out site assist visits and audits per the Quality Assurance program.
• Coordinating with Regional Manager and Regional Director to set branch goals and communicate with branch staff.
• Working with sales and marketing to identify and develop new business opportunities.
