Sunstates Security in Dallas, TX is hiring an Operations Manager to lead multiple accounts and manage day-to-day site security operations. The successful candidate will develop teams, build strong client relationships, and drive service excellence.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of supervisory security experience, and offers a base salary of $64,000 per year plus benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related supervision in the security industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record; ability to qualify and be issued a security officer license.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and motivate supervisory staff to oversee day-to-day site security operations.
• Oversee onboarding: interviewing, selection, training, licensure, and new hire paperwork.
• Train subordinate supervisors on software systems, guidelines, and company policies; enforce consistency.
• Coordinate payroll, billing, accounts receivable aging, staffing, scheduling, and personnel issues.
• Carry out site assist visits and QA audits; communicate goals to staff.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to establish branch goals and objectives.
• Work with sales and marketing to identify and develop new business opportunities.
