Job summary

DK Security, Inc. seeks an Operations Assistant to support daily security operations, staffing coordination, and client service from our Grand Rapids HQ. The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires strong communication and organization to ensure coverage and documentation.

The position is full-time, on-site with a 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and a pay rate of $42,000/year plus benefits. CPL clearance is required or obtainable, and a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check with no felonies or disqualifying misdemeanors.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.
• Must pass a drug screen, including marijuana.
• Concealed Pistol License (CPL) required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support operations leadership in staffing and service delivery.
• Coordinate shift coverage with supervisors and command center.
• Maintain staffing records and timelines for billing.
• Assist with client communications and meeting preparation.
• Review timekeeping and scheduling records for accuracy.
