Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is looking for someone to join our Physical Security team as a Security Operator in Pullman, WA. Be the trusted first line of support when it matters most. As a Security Operator, you’ll combine customer service, problem-solving, and security awareness to help keep SEL safe and secure. This is a swing shift position, scheduled Monday - Friday (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm).

A typical day as a Security Operator might include:

• Provide exceptional customer service while observing SEL security policies and culture.
• Create and maintain security documentation as required and perform compliance audits.
• Monitor alarms, assess the security implication of incidents, and respond appropriately.

Pay Range Data - $25.28 - $37.36 per hour We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the Security Operator level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
