Responsibilities

• Oversee a team handling routine and emergency calls, monitor alarms and video systems.
• Monitor social media to identify threats and risks to the venue.
• Respond to life safety incidents and coordinate dispatch of responders.
• Maintain records and compile incident reports for management.
• Assess incidents and escalate to security management as needed.
• Disseminate information to partners using established channels.
• Protect confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Train contract security on operating standards and inspects posts.
• Maintain event incident logs on required platforms.
• Enforce venue policies and address violations and complaints.
• Manage crowds during events and document damages due to negligence.
• Maintain employee and visitor photo ID and credential programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
