Charlotte FC is seeking a Security Console Operator to help ensure the safety of the venue, staff, and guests. This role focuses on daily operational oversight of security technologies and procedures for events and facility operations.

The ideal candidate will have a security-related degree and several years of experience, with hands-on work on CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring, including odd hours for events.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in physical security or related role.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify vulnerabilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain physical security systems including CCTV, access control, alarms, and perimeter protection.
• Inspect doors, gates, locks, and barriers for integrity and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external security protocols and regulations.
• Respond to security incidents, document findings, and escalate as needed.
• Respond to emergencies, including breaches and safety incidents.
• Maintain and troubleshoot security equipment for uptime.
• Collaborate with venue operations and external security vendors.
• Document security incidents, system malfunctions, and maintenance logs.
• Support credentialing and access control for events and deliveries.
• Stay current with industry best practices in physical security.
