Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking an experienced Security Operation Supervisor to oversee field operations in the Miami-Dade area. You will report to the Director of Operations and focus on supervising staff, ensuring site compliance, coordinating training, and supporting clients on a day-to-day basis.

The role requires a Florida Class D Security License, a valid Florida Driver's License, and a minimum of 3 years in security supervision.

Qualifications

• Florida Class D Security License is required.
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of security supervisory experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations throughout Miami-Dade.
• Supervise, train, coach, and discipline security personnel as needed.
• Deliver equipment and troubleshoot CCTV, radios, tablets, and other security technology.
• Provide emergency coverage and operational support when needed.
• Review timesheets, activity logs, and incident reports for accuracy.
• Submit detailed shift reports to management.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and residents.
