Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking an experienced Security Operation Supervisor to oversee field operations throughout Miami-Dade. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this hands‑on role focuses on staff supervision, site compliance, training, logistics, and client support.

The position requires a Florida Class D Security License, a clean driving record, and at least 3 years of security supervisory experience. You must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach and discipline security personnel as needed

• Provide emergency coverage and operational support
• Review timesheets, logs and incident reports for accuracy
• Submit detailed shift reports to management
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and residents

Security Supervisor

Location:Miami-Dade
Pay:$20–$22/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:5 PM–1 AM or 1 AM–9 AM; one weekend off
