Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and ensure high quality service across sites.
• Meet with branch management and clients for status updates and problem resolution.
• Coordinate orientation, training, development and retention of staff; enforce disciplinary actions as needed.
• Direct work assignments, coach employees, and address issues with Branch management.
• Maintain compliance with laws, policies and procedures; ensure staff understand and follow them.
• Schedule, coordinate equipment and record keeping; discuss client service and personnel matters with Field Supervisors.
• Inspect client sites for coverage and post-order adherence; visit client representatives to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and review reports; assist with payroll and billing information.
