Convergint is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor to lead projects, manage resources, and drive exceptional service across our security and life-safety solutions.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with operations leadership, and uphold our culture of integrity and growth while delivering results. Travel is required, with less than 25% of work time away from base. Convergint is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Formación

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years relevant.
• Preferred Experience: Engineering, Field, or project management.

• Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects.
• Responsible for the effective management of resources, costs and customer satisfaction for effective project completion and delivery.
• Assists the Operations Manager and oversees Project Managers and/or Coordinators in all aspects of the project.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You’ll Need

• Customer Focus – Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet of the needs and wants of the customer.
• Leadership Orientation – Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model, guide, develop and mentor others within the Operations Department.
• Strong financial analytical skills including cost control.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
• Strong team leadership, team building and facilitation skills.

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years relevant

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• Engineering, Field, or project management
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
• Experience with Lenel, Software House, DMP, Bosch, Brivo, AXIS, Hanwha, Milestone, Genetec & Gallagher.
