We are seeking a GSOC Operator to support the protection of employees, assets, and business operations through monitoring, incident response, intelligence gathering, and security technologies. This individual will work within a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center environment and be responsible for assessing threats, monitoring security systems, escalating incidents, and providing operational support to security stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has experience with CCTV monitoring, access control systems, incident management, and security operations. Candidates from security, law enforcement, military, emergency response, intelligence, or high-volume customer service environments are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV, access control, and incident management systems to ensure the safety and security of personnel and facilities.
- Evaluate and synthesize information from multiple sources to support operational decision-making.
- Conduct Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) monitoring to identify emerging risks, threats, and trends.
- Utilize AI-enabled and automated tools to improve situational awareness and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to communicate security concerns and incident updates.
- Document security incidents, escalations, and operational activities accurately and thoroughly.
- Follow established security policies, procedures, and response protocols.
- Support incident response and crisis management activities as needed.
- Build strong relationships with team members and cross-functional partners.
- Participate in special projects and additional duties assigned by GSOC leadership.
- Work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 operations environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Some college coursework or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Santa Monica five days per week.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during incident response activities.
- Ability to lift up to 20.5 lbs when supporting operational needs.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a GSOC, Security Operations Center, Command Center, or similar environment.

- Experience conducting intelligence analysis or threat monitoring.
- Familiarity with OSINT tools such as:

- Previous experience in security, military, law enforcement, emergency services, intelligence, or public safety operations.
