Job summary

Event Risk is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a high-visibility, multi-site security program in the Cincinnati region. You will own day-to-day execution across locations, ensure staffing, supervise Site Supervisors, and maintain equipment readiness and service quality.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in security ops management, strong leadership, and excellent documentation skills. This role offers a full-time schedule with benefits and no relocation at this time.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in security operations management or supervisory leadership.
• Experience managing staffing and logistics in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to hold standards without drama.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and coverage for 24/7 operations across multiple sites.
• Lead and develop Site Supervisors to meet performance standards.
• Manage program equipment, uniforms, and readiness.
• Support HR and employee relations, compliance documentation, and audits.
• Provide regular reporting and communicate with the Account Manager.
