Job summary

Hfhnyc is seeking a passionate and experienced Security Operations Manager for our Families w/ Children facility in Jamaica, Queens, NY. You will oversee the performance of Safety Aides, ensuring a collaborative environment to provide safety to families. Ideal candidates will possess a valid NYS Security Guard License and several certifications, along with a strong commitment to community service.

The role offers a competitive salary of $54,000 annually along with excellent benefits including health insurance and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of experience with one year of supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations at a supervisory level.
• The ability to stand, sit and walk for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned shift staff.
• Ensure compliance with security and FDNY protocols.
• Train staff on protocols and procedures.

Valid NYS Security Guard License

F-20 Certification

F-80 Certification
