Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of security operations management or supervisory leadership experience.
• Experience managing staffing and logistics in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to hold standards without drama.
• Highly organized, solutions focused, and calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting large enterprise, retail, or distribution environments (preferred).
• Working knowledge of state licensing requirements for security personnel (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Staffing and coverage for 24/7 operations: staff, licensing, uniforms, and scheduling.
• Lead and develop Site Supervisors across locations; coach and review performance.
• Maintain equipment, radios, keys, access tools, and uniforms; arrange replacements.
• Support HR and employee relations; document discipline and training records.
• Ensure compliance with post orders, site policies, and quality standards; assist audits.
• Communicate with Account Manager and provide status updates; support improvements.
