Job summary

WONDER GATE LLC is seeking a professional Security Manager to oversee all security operations, develop policies and procedures, and manage security personnel. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience in safety and security fields.

The role requires leadership, budgeting, incident review, and event-specific security planning to protect organizational assets and people.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Manager or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with security technology and equipment (cameras, alarms, etc).
• Understanding of best practices in security protocols.
• Experience with emergency response planning.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• High level of integrity.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures.
