Job summary

FGI seeks a Lead Security Officer to manage security operations at Lumen Field, Lumen Field Event Center and WaMu Theater. You will supervise security officers, assist with training, and work with the Security Management Team to enforce policies and best practices for a safe, compliant venue.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus duties in payroll, accounts payable, scheduling, and staff resource planning for events.

Qualifications

• Ability to mentor Security Officers and coordinate between teams.
• Strong judgment and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll considerations.
• Familiarity with security best practices for large venues.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll functions using Dayforce or other system.
• Handle accounts payable activities (POs, card reconciliation).
• Create and manage the staffing schedule for security officers.
• Plan staffing for special events with the Director and Event Managers.
• Provide guidance to officers and ensure coverage at all times.
