Job summary

Signal of South Louisiana is seeking dedicated security officers for full-time, evening and overnight shifts at dedicated sites in South Louisiana. We offer a structured career path from Dedicated Officer to Armed Officer, with starting pay at $17/hr based on experience and extensive training.

You will perform routine patrols, document activities, provide customer service, and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check & drug screening.
• Own a smartphone (for clocking in, reporting, and communication).
• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle) & a valid driver’s license.
• Must obtain a Louisiana Security License (can be completed before starting).
• Physical Endurance – ability to stand, walk, sit, or drive for long periods.
• Previous Experience in Armed Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine foot patrols to maintain site security and deter incidents.
• Monitor and document on-site activities through detailed reports.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents swiftly and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.

Location: Dedicated sites in South Louisiana(assigned during onboarding).

Pay Range: $17
