Qualifications

• 5+ years in security operations, application security, incident response, or vulnerability management.
• Strong understanding of common vulnerabilities including OWASP Top 10, with experience in triage and validation.
• Proven leadership experience and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Security Consultants, ensuring high-quality triage and resolution of submissions.
• Serve as a technical expert in security disciplines like web, network, cloud, or mobile, and support complex escalations.
• Drive process improvements through automation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
