Bugcrowd is seeking an Application Security Engineer II for a 5-month contract. You will triage and validate submissions for Bugcrowd-managed programs and communicate directly with clients and researchers.

Under the Director of Technical Operations, you will assess validity and severity, contribute to incident response, and apply OWASP Top Ten knowledge. A scripting language skill is required to help build tooling and streamline triage.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or prior security consulting experience.

Mansioni

• Ongoing triage and validation for Bugcrowd managed programs.
• Curate incoming submission data for validity, accuracy, and severity; communicate with clients/researchers when more info is needed.
• Handle Incident Response—escalating and communicating highest severity bugs to clients.
• Must have strong knowledge of OWASP Top Ten vulnerabilities.
