Job summary

SeaWorld San Antonio is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the park's Security Team during operating and non-operating hours, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

The role requires 3–5 years of related security experience, CPR/First Aid and Guard Card certifications, a Firearms permit, and a valid driver’s license; Associate’s degree is preferred. You will oversee patrols, incident management, and coordination with law enforcement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related security experience or training.
• CPR, First Aid, and Guard Card certifications.
• A Firearms permit may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work outside typical hours.
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct personnel in establishing and maintaining park security and property protection.
• Directly supervise 36 security officers during a shift.
• Develop operational procedures for guarding, patrolling, and incident response.
• Coordinate with management and local government for park safety plans.
• Monitor labor reports, budgets, and ensure excellent guest service.
