Crane Currency in Nashua, NH is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead our security team, protect personnel and assets, and ensure compliance with security protocols. You will supervise staff, manage access controls, and coordinate with internal teams and agencies to respond to incidents.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, training, and ongoing improvements within a high-security manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in criminal justice, Security Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in Security.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NH Armed Guard License.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Basic 1st Aid/CPR/AED.
• Minimum of two (2) years supervisory or management experience with direct reports in security.
• Strong communication and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of security staff, ensuring coverage, performance, and adherence to protocols.
• Manage access control systems, visitor logs, and badge issuance to maintain site integrity.
• Conduct routine inspections of security equipment and infrastructure to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Respond to and document security incidents, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies as needed.
• Support investigations related to theft, breaches, or suspicious activity, maintaining confidentiality and thorough documentation.
• Train new and existing security personnel on procedures, emergency response, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Security Manager to assess risks and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company-specific security standards, including audits and reporting.
