Concentric Advisors is seeking a Corporate Security Agent to support risk management for a client in Washington, DC area. On-site role requiring collaboration with HR and Protective Services, providing executive protection and incident response.

The position emphasizes disciplined security operations, de‑escalation, and adherence to company policies while supporting security for leadership and events in a highly visible corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in armed corporate security or law enforcement with HR218/LEOSA credential.
• Strong relationship building across internal teams and departments.
• All required licenses and certifications as applicable.
• Proficient with incident reporting systems and MS Office.
• May be armed with CCW; valid credential required.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard client site and personnel from security and safety hazards.
• Provide professional security coverage for employees and guests.
• Front-facing security presence during business hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing SOPs.
• Maintain incident reports and activity logs with accuracy.
• Support HR security tasks (terminations, screenings, access removal).
• Coordinate with Protective Services for executive needs and events.
• Interact with senior leadership with professional communication.
• Support on-site security operations for the client HQ.
• Provide on-site executive protection and secure driving as needed.
• Assist with on-site event coverage and travel EP duties.
