Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the enforcement of facility policies, procedures, rules and standards.
• Directly or through supervisors, train and evaluate security staff and review personnel actions.
• Communicate with administration, staff, inmates/residents, law enforcement and other entities with tact and good judgment.
• Prepare shift logs, incident reports and other administrative records.
