The Hana Group is seeking an Administrative Security Captain to support the Site Manager and Project Manager at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. You will help with staffing, training, compliance, and administrative oversight while leading Lieutenants and Security Officers.

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and post coverage.
• Coordinate with HR, Training, and security vendors to maintain compliance.
• Ensure post inspections and uniform/equipment readiness.
• Lead and mentor Lieutenants and Security Officers.
