Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervision experience in security.
• U.S. citizen; VA DCJS (Armed) certification required.
• Must be able to pass background checks and obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead security team and ensure safety, compliance, and professionalism.
• Manage access control, patrols, and incident response.
• Coordinate with Site Manager on schedules and backfill.
• Enforce attendance and disciplinary policies.
• Support training and enforcement of company policies.
