Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid BSIS Guard Card
• Experience in high-touch customer service, security supervision, law enforcement, or related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to build and cultivate strong relationships
• Knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in using security management software and tools
• Stand and/or walk up to 8 hours a day
• No visible tattoos

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems (surveillance, access control, alarms) to prevent unauthorized access.
• Verify identities, issue visitor badges, enforce access-control policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employees and visitors.
• Provide guidance on security procedures and maintain professionalism.
• Implement and enforce security protocols and conduct site assessments.
• Investigate incidents and document all security events clearly.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Work outside regular hours including evenings and weekends.
