Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years related security experience required.
• Experience in data center security or tech manufacturing spaces is desired.
• Willingness to field emergency security escalations for 24/7 site on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras and respond to alarms.
• Coach and evaluate security staff; supervise security operations.
• Develop shift patrols and training materials; ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with Site Security Supervisor and report violations as needed.
• Manage personnel scheduling and ensure coverage across shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly progress updates for customer engagements.
