Job summary

Neumo in the United States is seeking a Manager, Information Security to lead the Security Operations and Engineering program. The role combines leadership with hands-on engineering, triage and incident response while directing a small team of 2–3 reports.

You will own the security roadmap across WAF, DLP, AI security and security automation, vulnerability management, incident response, cloud security, and purple team exercises, aligning initiatives with business goals and risk posture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in information security with 2–3 years in people leadership.
• Hands-on with WAF, DLP, vulnerability management and cloud security controls.
• Experience leading or participating in incident response and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute security strategy and align with business goals.
• Manage a team of 2–3 direct reports while staying hands-on.
• Partner with executives to align security initiatives with needs.
• Own vendor deployments, tooling and program metrics.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Oversee cloud security architecture, standards and controls.
• Run purple team exercises to validate detection and response.
