Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security with leadership in security operations.
• 2+ years managing SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Exabeam, Sentinel).
• 2+ years with EDR solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Defender).
• 2+ years in vulnerability management (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of security engineers for day-to-day operations of security tech.
• Oversee configuration and optimization of security tools to improve posture.
• Develop playbooks and runbooks for incident response and threat hunting.
• Drive continuous improvement of security operations processes and automation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into design and deployment.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new security technologies.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and lead incident response activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report security metrics to leadership.
