Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role across multiple domains.
• 2+ years managing SIEM platforms (Splunk, Exabeam, Sentinel).
• 2+ years with EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Defender for Endpoint).
• 2+ years with vulnerability management platforms (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of security engineers for day-to-day operations of security technologies (SIEM, EDR, DLP, vulnerability management, IAM, and network security).
• Oversee implementation, configuration, and optimization of security tools to enhance the security posture.
• Develop and implement runbooks for incident response, threat hunting, and tool management.
• Drive continuous improvement of security operations processes, tooling, and automation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security requirements are integrated into system design and deployment.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new security technologies and services.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior security engineers.
• Participate in incident response activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Report on security metrics and KPIs to senior leadership.
