Job summary

The role provides operational and engineering support for Information Security Services and collaborates across teams to protect information assets and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with vulnerability management, security monitoring, or incident response activities.
• Experience administering Windows and/or Linux operating systems in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including phishing, malware, and unauthorized access attempts.
• Administer vulnerability management platforms and coordinate remediation with system owners.
• Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise security technologies (EDR, SIEM, IAM, PAM, email security, cloud security).
• Develop and maintain security runbooks, controls, and documentation.
• Support audits and compliance activities and participate in risk assessments.
